What Is Military Workout?

A high-intensity workout for beginners and elite fitness experts alike. A combination of body weight and strength training exercises in a boot-camp style workout. Will improve overall speed, agility and endurance as well as improving overall recovery time.

Stamina Building

Increase strength and speed through a variety of drills and movements directly aimed to improve endurance and stamina. A combination of high intensity intervals and strength building will help you achieve a new level of determination and ability.

Calisthenics

Get a great workout through a variety of body weight movements that will push you to your limits. Improve strength and mobility and gain a better understanding of what your body can do with little to no equipment.

Muscle Toning

Improve overall fitness by increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat. Muscle toning is used to target specific areas or can be used generally to increase overall ability, build strength and prevent injury.

Free Weights

Use free weights to target specific areas, improve range of motion and increase workout intensity. Any fitness level will benefit by using a wide range of free weight exercises to target individual goals.
